I really like the advertising for Little Big Planet

Little Big Planet is a game coming out soon for the PS3, and its the only game that would make me think about getting one, my XBox does everything i need it to do for now, when its not freezing, and getting the RROD..
The advertising has been really good for this game recently, latest being the following video, a documentary style look into the everyday life of Sackboy.

From 20 - 40 in 12 seconds

Over the weekend i made the jump and bought a new TV, after months if not the last year or so moaning about my TV being so bad for playing my XBox on, and just in general.
I blame Dixons, I went in there and they were all shiny, new and bright. So i decided then and there that one was going to be all mine.
The 50″ ones drew me straight into them, so nice and crisp in all the HD goodness, it was like i could have jumped right in and joined Jack Sheppard on the Dharma island in Lost, or hid behind a rock with David Attenborough and spied on animals humping in Planet Earth.
I went home and with a little help from Alan, reading reviews and searching for the best price i settled on a Samsung LE40A436T1D 40″. It would be mine after i handed over my commission money from work, and waited by the front door like a dog waiting for the postman.
I had been looking at the 32″ and 50″ TV’s, I didnt bother looking at the 40’s as i didnt think I’d go for one, so it was a shock when i got home to see it in its gigantic box waiting to get out.
I unboxed it and made some room for it, set it all up and i must say its amazing and im so happy.

Mc Facebook

Quite a while ago now, on my Facebook profile i changed my ‘Full Former Name’ to ‘Mcvities Mc Marmite’ for a laugh. Anyone that searched for Marmite would see me, but it never shows up where abouts in my profile it was mentioned. So tonight, while watching 2 pints of lager, i remembered about it and had a look. I tried to change my middle name to it instead, but it was rejected, they also didnt like it when i just tried Marmite, but they did accept Mcvities.
So, i now present my new Facebook name!

All my iPhone apps 16/8/08

I Jailbroke my iPhone yesterday. Took a couple of goes, but i got there in the end. I mainly wanted to do it so i could use the Qik app. But I’ve changed some of the theme parts as well to make it more, um, unique.

When we went to NYC to see the live Diggnation show being filmed we were interviewed by someone. We didnt know who she was and thought it would never even get shown. Charley was doing some browsing around the interwebs and recognized the lady’s face on a ‘top 10 femals bloggers’ list and found the video of us!
Ugh, so embarrassing, i sound and look like a right fool.
